Healing Deep Tissue Massage

(not to be confused with sports massage)

​

Deep tissue massage is a very slow, progressive and mindful treatment that eventually works into the deeper muscles and other tissues of the body. It includes guided breathwork to help you to let go of tension that could have been held in the body for a long time. Deep Tissue techniques include the use of forearms and 'leaning in' to certain parts of the body. This treatment can encourage a release of emotional and mental tension whilst greatly improving overall wellbeing. It is recommended that your first session is 90 minutes.

Indian Head Massage

​

An enhanced version of this popular treatment that dates back over 2000 years.

Hot flannels with essential oils are used while acupressure points are worked on. Then follows a relaxing and soothing massage of the shoulders, neck, face, head and arms. A great option for you if you clench your jaw, suffer from headaches/migraines, congestion, or generally hold tension in this area.

The benefits include improved blood and lymph circulation, the relief of stress and anxiety, improved sleep and the relief of muscular tension. It also helps to clear the mind and bring clarity and perspective.

Includes Hot Stones and Reiki.

Heavenly Holistic Facial

​

100% natural and organic skincare products are used to draw away impurities and toxins and gently cleanse, nourish and moisturise the epidermis layer of the skin on the face and neck. Enjoy the added luxury of a gentle rose quartz facial polish and a refreshing rose water toner. Skincare is followed by an intricate and slow massage of the head, neck, face and arms. Warm and cool salt stones are used to further enhance this blissful relaxation experience.

Foot Rescue & Revive

 

A luxurious and deeply nourishing foot treatment to smooth and nurture the skin and encourage wellness and vitality in your whole body.

Relax and unwind as your feet are soaked in a cedarwood foot bath with magnesium salts and refreshing essential oils, before a sugar scrub is worked into the skin. After gentle filing on any pressure points, a rich foot butter with detoxifying orange and cypress essential oils will be applied. Thai and Reflexology massage techniques are then used on the feet and lower legs to relieve tension, improve circulation and encourage the flow of vital energy.

Reiki

​

Reiki is a Japanese healing art (rei translates to Universal, and ki translates to Life Force Energy. This Life Force Energy is said to flow through us via subtle energy ‘channels’, also called Meridians or Nadis.  You may already know that your body has its own built-in healing system that works automatically to keep you in balance and harmony (homeostasis). When we are in a state of chronic stress, this system struggles and we become out of balance, which then creates an environment for dis-ease. A Reiki treatment helps to restore balance and harmony by encouraging and accelerating the natural flow of healing energy. This is a deeply relaxing treatment that can have profound healing effects on emotional and spiritual health in particular.

Sound Healing

​

Incorporating sacred healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums and tuning forks, this is both a relaxing and energising experience! Sound is vibrational energy and resonant frequencies from the instruments encourage your body to resonate at its own natural, healthy frequencies.

Sound Healing can be provided as a standalone treatment, or can be added to any other treatment to induce deeper states of relaxation at the beginning or end of your session. 

Instruments are played intuitively and intentionally on and around the body to encourage balance and holistic harmony.

Beginners Yoga Class

​

An introduction to Yoga through guided Pranayama (breathwork) and Asana (postures).

This is a great opportunity to learn the principles and holistic nature of Yoga for self-healing and spiritual growth, whilst strengthening the mind and body. Rest assurured, you will be nurtured and safe in this space. 1-1s are a great way to prepare you for a group class if you are lacking in confidence.

Mat and props are provided. Includes Reiki and Sound Healing as part of the ending meditation.

Yin Yoga

​

Yin Yoga works by encouraging the release of tension from the connective tissues. Sometimes this tension has been held in the body for prolonged periods of time causing energy blockages, stiffness and restricted movement of the body and the breath. Yin postures can help to alleviate pressure from deep in the joints, improve circulation, balance emotions and regulate the nervous system.

Yin is passive in nature and so this makes it a slow, mindful and restorative practice.

Mat and props are provided. Includes Reiki and Sound Healing as part of the ending meditation.

The Ultimate Recharge - Yoga, Massage & Reiki

 

A personalised retreat experience!

A yoga class followed by bespoke body massage and Reiki healing will leave you feeling supple, super relaxed and holistically balanced. You'll be guided through both strengthening and restorative postures to balance Yin and Yang energy and encourage the release energy blocks. Following the ending meditation with crystal singing bowls, you'll have a short refreshment break before melting into the massage bed for your very own personalised treatment. Reiki will conclude this deeply healing experience so you can leave with a sustained sense of vitality and harmony. Please allow extra time for the consultation.
