For Millennia, Sacred Sound has been used intentionally to transform our mental and physical state, taking our bodies into a deep state of healing. In this unique and exclusive Sound Bath, you'll be gently guided into relaxation (rest and repair/parasympathetic state) using breath techniques and meditation practices, before bathing in the soothing and intricate sounds of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flute, Gong, Drums, Acoustic Guitar, Koshi Chimes + more. You will have an opportunity to explore and try some of the instruments at the end. Featuring International Recording Artist, Lawrence Libert.
