We are located on National Cycle Route 5 (NCR5). Look out for the green standing sign which is outside an old smithy building. The main entrance gate is grey and will be open for you.
GPS apps don't always work when you only use the postcode and can sometimes take you to the neighbour. As you get closer you can search for 'Glan Hafren' and it should bring you right outside.
We have free on-site parking for customers only.
If you are joining a group Yoga Class please follow the sign leading to The Lodge. Otherwise you will be met at the carpark at the time of your appointment.
