We are located on National Cycle Route 5 (NCR5). Look out for the green sign.

We have free on-site parking for customers only.

If you are joining a group Yoga Class please follow the sign leading to The Lodge. Otherwise you will be met at the carpark at the time of your appointment.

Visitors are welcome to look around by appointment only. We offer our clients privacy during their time here.
