Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Suitable for all levels and abilities

 

Every Saturday from 4pm-5.15pm

A restorative Yoga workshop that encourages the release of tension from the connective tissues. Sometimes this tension has been held in the body for years, slowing us down and stopping us from reaching our full potential.

A soothing Sound Bath concludes this workshop to enhance holistic healing. Get ready to slowly surrender into a deep rest and leave feeling lighter in body and mind.

Slow & Steady Yoga

Suitable for beginners or those with little experience

​

Every Wednesday from 11am-12.15pm

Every Thursday from 5.30pm-6.45pm

Holistic in nature, Yoga provides an opportunity to live a more connected, joyful and mindful way of life. In these sessions you will be gently guided to flow through sequences with confidence and ease. With a focus on correct alignment and breathing, your practice is sure to evolve and grow with regular sessions.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience. Includes Sound and Reiki Healing and/or Aromatherapy as part of the ending relaxation.

Strong Flow

Suitable for experienced practitioners and those that like a challenge

 

Every Friday from 5.30pm-6.45pm

A fun and challenging class with Vinyasa style sequences. This is a great way to work on strengthening the connective tissues and deeper muscles whilst increasing flexibility.  These classes have themes to help you build strength and resilience in body and mind. Includes breath work and mindset coaching.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience. Includes Sound and Reiki Healing and/or Aromatherapy as part of the ending relaxation.

Mindfulness Class

Suitable for all

 

Every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm

Join Rebecca for this insightful class where you'll practice and learn ways to incorporate Mindfulness into your everyday life.

Modern teachings combined with Buddhism and Yoga philosophy will inspire you to live a more enriched and meaningful way of life.

Each week has a different theme, so feel free to bring a journal/notepad and pen to get the most out of these sessions.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience. Sessions may be held outside if the weather is good.
