Private 1-1 Classes

Suitable for beginners or those that lack the confidence to join a group class

 

Time arranged to suit you

Private classes are available as a one-off or regular sessions. Rebecca is a trauma sensitive, therapeutic teacher who works intuitively in 1-1 classes. She can help you to discover your own inner power and encourage you to heal, evolve and grow. You'll learn many ways to incorporate Yoga practices into your everyday life, helping you to create a lifestyle that extends way off the mat.

Private Yoga Classes could also be suitable for those that feel something is missing in their life, or they need a healthy focus during a difficult time.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience.

Yin & Sound Holistic Healing Workshop

Learn, explore, heal and evolve. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Find balance and harmony in mind, body and spirit in this unique Healing Workshop led by passionate and experienced facilitators, Chanel Rushe and Rebecca Griffin. A small group of 7 makes this an intimate setting in a cosy log cabin by the river.

 

This is a wonderful opportunity to dedicate some time to yourself for natural healing and inner growth. You’ll be guided every step of the way and nourished with delicious homemade snacks, herbal teas and a welcoming community spirit.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Suitable for all levels and abilities

 

Every Saturday from 11.30am-12.45pm

A restorative Yoga workshop that encourages the release of tension from the connective tissues. Sometimes this tension has been held in the body for years, slowing us down and stopping us from reaching our full potential.

Soothing Sound Healing compliments this class to enhance holistic healing. Get ready to slowly surrender into a deep rest and leave feeling lighter in body and mind.

Slow & Steady Yoga

Suitable for beginners or those preferring a slower pace

​

Every Thursday from 5.30pm-6.45pm

Holistic in nature, Yoga provides an opportunity to live a more connected, joyful and mindful way of life. In these sessions you will be gently guided to flow through sequences with confidence and ease. With a focus on correct alignment and breathing, your practice is sure to evolve and grow with regular sessions.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience. Includes Sound and Reiki Healing and/or Aromatherapy as part of the ending relaxation.

Yoga Flow

A Vinyasa style practice where we strive for progress over perfection

 

Every Friday from 5.30pm-6.45pm

A structured, flowing class with a warm-up, breath work, Vinyasa style sequences and Yin postures. This is a great way to work on strengthening the connective tissues and deeper muscles whilst increasing flexibility.  Classes have themes to help you build strength and resilience in body and mind.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience. Includes Sound and Reiki Healing and/or Aromatherapy as part of the ending relaxation.

Soothing Sound Bath

Complete rest and relaxation to end your week.

 

Every Friday from 7.15pm-8.15pm

Come and snuggle up in our log cabin under cosy blankets and let sacred sounds wash over you. The benefits of sound healing are endless! Discover these for yourself in our weekly Sound Bath sessions with Rebecca who has a wealth of practical experience and theoretical knowledge on the fundamentals of sound healing. She will often guide you to use your very own, built-in sound healing instrument - your voice (optional of course!). This is a class environment so little takeaways are always guaranteed.

All equipment is provided for your comfort and convenience. Feel free to bring your own blanket/cushion/bed socks, or anything else for your own personal comfort.

Monthly Challenge

An opportunity for students to develop their practice outside the class environment

 

Posted at the start of each month

Join our Yoga community and connect with students of all levels and abilities. This is a free private group for those that come to regular classes at Anglesey Wellbeing and wish to continue their practice at home. Each month, Rebecca will upload a video with a monthly challenge for you to practice at home. The following month, the same postures and sequences will be incorporated into the weekly classes. This is a great way to propel your growth and development your Yoga practice!
