It's time to relax, unwind and feel exhilarated! You'll be guided to let go of tensions and melt into the space before the soft tissues of your body are massaged with a soothing and rhythmic flow. This warms up and prepares the muscles and fascia for this invigorating, specialised treatment. Heated and cooled Himalayan salt stones are then used alternately to massage the body, with varying pressures depending on where you are holding tension. The contrast between the hot and cold has many benefits, including reduced inflammation, increased circulation, pain relief, faster muscle recovery, tension release and nervous system healing. There is a reason why contrast therapy has become so popular. It releases feel-good hormones and has lasting positive effect on mind, body and spirit. All treatments are tailored to your individual needs and requirements on the day. A consultation with Rebecca will determine the main focuses for your session.
