Heated and cooled Himalayan salt stones and healing crystals are then used alternately on the face, head, neck, arms and hands. The techniques focus on the muscles, fascia and lymphatic system. The contrast between hot and cold temperatures on the body has many benefits, including reduced inflammation, increased circulation, tension release, pain relief and nervous system healing.
