Service Description

​A very relaxing and detoxifying massage treatment to encourage the flow and natural drainage of lymphatic fluid. Unlike blood circulation, the lymphatic system relies on physical movement to maintain its flow. As well as being sedentary, certain health conditions and injuries can also reduce the natural flow of lymphatic fluid. This treatment focuses on stimulating the lymph nodes and manually draining stagnant fluid to improve the skin's health, boost the immune system, reduce bloating and puffiness, aid recovery after injury or surgery, promote relaxation, ease congestion and improve sleep. The full body treatment is 75-minutes and includes the face and neck.
