Service Description

Join us on Porth Tyn Tywyn beach at 3.15pm on Sunday 16th August for a mindful and energising Yoga Class with an ocean theme. We'll then have some time between the beach and the Scenic Sauna, where our group has exclusive access for an extended time. Between sauna sessions there will be breath work practices and Ocean Therapy. Experience the many benefits of guided Ocean Therapy and which has lasting healing effects on body, mind and soul. Swimming/paddling is optional. If you decide not to go in the water this will not affect your overall experience. Includes hearty homemade snacks. What to bring: Water bottle Swimwear Towel x2 (one for drying off/one for sitting on in the sauna) Warm/waterproof clothing (weather can change quickly, so please bring even if it's a warm and sunny day) Dry robe/fleece if you plan to go for a dip in the sea Your facilitator is Rebecca - a certified Ocean Therapy Practitioner and fully qualified/registered Yoga Teacher. Mats can provided for the yoga class, or you can bring your own. An online waiver for the sauna is mandatory. A link will be emailed to you before the event. Unsuitable during pregnancy.
