Service Description

A private group class in the Lodge, with all equipment laid out and set up for you. Suitable for families, friends, wellness events, away days and wellness retreats. Our classes are holistic, and planned according to your requirements. Your class could be a dynamic flow, restorative and calm, yin and stretchy, or a mix or different styles. Upon booking you will receive an automated email confirmation. Rebecca (yoga teacher) will contact you to discuss your requirements and any special requests. Includes Sound Healing as part of the ending meditation. Filtered water is available. Toilet facilities are in a separate outbuilding, opposite the car park.
