Join us in the Lodge at 1.30pm on 28th June for a Restorative Yoga Class with an ocean theme. We'll then head to the Scenic Sauna at Porth Tyn Tywyn, where our group has exclusive access to the sauna for 80 minutes. Experience the many benefits of guided Ocean Therapy and which has lasting healing effects on body, mind and soul. Includes guided breath work practices and group activities. Swimming/paddling is optional. If you decide not to go in the water this will not affect your overall experience. Includes hearty homemade snacks. What to bring: Water bottle Swimwear Towel x2 (one for drying off/one for sitting on in the sauna) Warm/waterproof clothing (weather can change quickly, so please bring even if it's a warm and sunny day) Dry robe/fleece if you plan to go for a dip in the sea Your facilitator is Rebecca - a certified Ocean Therapy Practitioner and fully qualified/registered Yoga Teacher. All equipment is provided for the yoga class. The sauna is a 15-20min drive from our centre. The session will end there so you won't need to return. An online waiver for the sauna is mandatory. A link will be emailed to you before the event. Unsuitable during pregnancy. Please check with your GP/specialist if you have any health issues/concerns before booking.
